New Delhi: Commuters depending on buses for their travel needs had a tough time on Monday after the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) drivers went on strike protesting against the murder of one of their colleagues here on Sunday.

The DTC buses stayed off roads and a huge rush was seen on Delhi Metro and private auto-rickshaws.
