New Delhi: Delhi shivered at 2.6 degrees Celsius Sunday, the season's coldest day, as thick fog brought visibility to less than 50 meters seriously affecting train and road traffic.
The temperature was five notches below the normal average. But the Met office forecast a clear day ahead.
