As the state reels under drought-like situation, aware citizens are trying to find ways to prevent water wastage during the festival of colours. A Worli-based women’s organisation - Mamta Mahila Pratishthan - has decided to enjoy the festival the eco-friendly way. They are organising an all-women get-together at a prime location near Worli and intend to use only natural colours and no water.
