Two men robbed Rs 48,000 from the front desk of Fortis Hospital around 8 pm on Monday, hoodwinking the customer care executive and the security staff.
The duo, walked into the front office of the hospital situated on Cunningham Road, seeking change for
Rs 500.
Thinking that they are visitors, Sooveen Verghese, the executive, gave them the change and resumed work. But a few minutes later the duo appeared again with a Rs 1,000 note.
