Pradeep Dhumal tendered his resignation yesterday after completion of term

The president of the education board, Pradeep Dhumal, resigned from his post yesterday after completion of his term. After the civic elections, the new education board came into existence in July 2012, and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) had handed over the reins to Dhumal.
