Former Indian Navy chief Admiral S M Nanda died in the capital following ill health. Nanda served as the chief of naval staff from 1970 to 1973

Former Indian Navy chief Admiral S M Nanda died in the capital following ill health. He was 94, naval officials said today.
Nanda died at about 11 pm yesterday in Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj.
