Fake CBI men saw Special 26 before raiding Kayani co-owner

Police say the accused got inspired from the Bollywood flick, and watched the movie several time before executing the raid they to gain precision
The Swargate police yesterday claimed to have cracked the sensational case of duping by arresting seven imposters, who posed as CBI officials, raided the residence of Kayani Bakery’s co-owner on Saturday and made away with Rs 21 lakh.The accused have been identified as Nilesh Sonawane, Rupesh Sonawane, both residents of Hadapsar, Manish Ojha, Pramod Rathod, Rajesh Shirke, Atul patankar, all from Thane, and Sunil Kasabe, a resident of Virar. Cops believe that one more person was part of the raiding team, and is currently absconding.u00a0According to police, one of the accused is a police constable attached to the armory section of the Mumbai police’s headquarter.
