A day after 19 students from Sanketh Vidyalaya in Manpada, Thane, were hospitalised after consuming toffees distributed in class, the Thane division of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) raided the manufacturer’s factory in Ambernath and seized sugar confectioneries worth Rs 1 lakh yesterday.
