Chandigarh: Nearly three days after swearing-in, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar Tuesday night allotted portfolios to the newly-inducted ministers.

Khattar has kept the departments of home, power, town and country planning and information and public relations with himself. All other departments not assigned to any minister will also be with him.
