Etah: Four persons here have been arrested on charges of cruelty to animals while they were taking 110 buffaloes in trucks allegedly to a slaughter house, police said on Tuesday.

The accused were held on Monday Kotwali Jaithera police circle while they were carrying 110 buffaloes in 10 trucks to a slaughter house in Aligarh from Kayamgunj here, police said.
