Ranchi: A girl who had set herself on fire after gang rape by her boyfriend and his three friends on March 17 died yesterday.

The girl tried to commit suicide on March 18 by setting herself on fire as her boyfriend, who had allegedly raped her, refused to marry her after the incident.
She was admitted to Rajendra Institute of Medical Science (RIMS) here for treatment, where she died of her injuries yesterday, police said.
