Goa polls: Utpal Parrikar quits BJP, to contest election from Panaji as independent

Utpal Parrikar, the son of former Goa chief minister late Manohar Parrikar, on Friday quit the BJP.
He would contest the coming Assembly elections in the state from Panaji as an independent candidate, he announced.
