HBSE / BSEH Class 10th X SSE Result 2014 to be affirmed tomorrow on June 5, 2014 according to the announcement on HBSE official website. Students can check their scores on the Haryana Board official website www.hbse.nic.in and www.bseh.org.in by inserting their roll numbers and dates of birth.
The Haryana Board of Secondary and Sr. Secondary Education was formed under Haryana Board School Education Act, 1969. HBSE started working with a staff of 100 officials allocated from Punjab University, Chandigarh. The Board now conducts SSE, HSE and vocational examination. In 1994 Board established Haryana Open School to increase its reach. Board has adopted the semester system from session 2006-2007.
The main objective of Haryana Board is Prescribing relevant syllabi and text books, fairly and timely conducting of examinations, evaluation and declaration of results and using information and communication technology in Boards working to provide better services to stakeholder.
Haryana Secondary School Examination is conducted twice in a year under semester system in accordance with the syllabi prescribed by the Board. Board of Secondary Education Haryana conducts HBSE Class 10th Exams every year in March. This year SSC Exam started on March 8, 2014 and continued till March 21, 2014.
HBSE has conducted the SSE examination at various approved exam centers in the state of Haryana. A round 4.5 lakhs students appeared in 10th class examinations at various approved exam centers in the state of Haryana.
HBSE Class 10th exam candidates have to obtain at least 33 per cent marks (marks in external examination + marks in CCE + marks in practical) provided that they obtain at least 33 per cent marks separately in the external examination and in practical examination, as to qualify the exam.
