The Bombay High Court on Tuesday dismissed a Public Interest Litigation filed against India's costliest bungalow Antillia owned by Mukesh Ambani.

The petitioner had claimed that the land allotted to the bungalow wasn't following any rules.
Justice V M Kanade and Justice M S Sonak also imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on the petitioner for filing the petition late and causing unnecessary trouble to the respondent. The Indias costliest building is owned by India's richest man and Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani.
The petitioner Shaadab Patel had claimed that the WAKF board while selling the land to Mukesh Ambani's company had sold it at a very cheap rate and without following any rules.
Justice Kanade said,"When the land was sold in 2002 why are you filing a petition now? Do you want to unnecessary harass the respondent?"
The justice also imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on petitioner for filing the PIL and asked him to donate the money in Tata Cancer Hospital trust.
One intervener Firoz Ansari who also said that WAKF and not followed rules was also fined Rs 25,000 by Justice Kanade dismissing his application as well.
