High rent forcing sex workers out of homes

Surveys conducted by an NGO have shown that while number of brothels rose sharply from 2011 to 2012, the number of prostitutes living the area dwindled; most of them now live in affordable suburbs, but return every evening for business

A recent survey conducted by the NGO Prerana Society has revealed that the number of sex workers living in red light districts has gone down, when compared to figures obtained in previous years.
