Hundreds of people gathered at Gurdwara Sahib in Jammu on Friday for a free public screening of the Diljit Dosanjh-starrer Satluj, organised by the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) after the film was removed from OTT platforms.

The film is based on the life of human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra and revisits his alleged custodial killing in 1995. The SGPC said the screening was aimed at keeping alive the memory of Khalra’s struggle and ensuring that the events depicted in the film are not forgotten.
