Pic/Mohan Patil While slamming Pawar, Thackeray said, “You can see for yourself what kind of leader Pawar is. He did not speak about water, drought or farmers who are committing suicides. He only sees Lavasa everywhere. I wonder what interest he has in Lavasa?”
He appealed the Sainiks to put the Congress-NCP combine in its place during the upcoming assembly election, so Pawar does not pass such comments in future. Without naming the leaders who want to rejoin Sena, he said, “Competing for the post is everyone’s ambition. There were many who bad-mouthed the party, but now they have expressed their desire to return. But we do not want such people.”
