Heavy rainfall expected in parts of southern Kerala, orange alert in one district, yellow in 6

The IMD has forecast heavy rainfall in southern Kerala and issued an orange alert for Alappuzha district, along with yellow alerts in six other districts. Authorities have warned of possible flash floods, waterlogging, traffic disruptions and isolated landslides in several parts of the state
