Palghar:  To 'speed-up' the process of getting a ration card, an aged man from Vasai allegedly stripped naked in front of a lady officer at the tehsil office, a district police officer said here today.

The accused and his brother went to the tehsil office and told the lady officer to issue them their mother's ration card immediately or else they would strip, Vasai police station duty officer S M Patil said.
