The two sides stressed that terrorism in all its forms and manifestations constitutes one of the most serious threats to international peace and security. India thanked Bolivia for "strongly condemning" the Pulwama terror attack on February 14 by the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) terror group that killed 40 CRPF soldiers.
