Leaders from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party expressed confidence in the Narendra Modi government coming back to power for the third time as the exit polls results predicted a landslide victory for the National Democratic Alliance. Former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Raman Singh said that the country will now move on the path of Sanatan which will set the stage for India to emerge as the third largest power in the world, reported news agency ANI.

"The kind of results that are being seen across the country, shows that this country will move on the path of Sanatan, which is ancient as well as the most modern. The poor, workers, farmers, and women of the country have put their stamp on the 10 years of development.
