India will respond at a time, place of its choosing: Army

Says India is misleading world to cover up its ‘reign of terror in Kashmir’ after attack on army base

New Delhi: As clamour for strong action against Pakistan over the Uri attack grew, the Army yesterday said it reserves the right to respond at a time and place of its choosing even as various options were discussed in a flurry of high-level meetings.
