Intense cold wave conditions persisted in most parts of Himachal as icy winds swept the region under heavily overcast sky but the weather remained dry. The minimum temperatures fluctuated marginally while maximum temperatures rose by one to two degrees. The local MeT office has predicted dry weather in the region over the next five days, and rain or snow in the mid and higher hills on February 21.
