IPL chargesheet: Bookie Vyas fooled many to get documents to acquire SIMs

Bookie fed lies and false promises of free SIMs to his employees and others to get them to give him their ID papers, which he then used to obtain SIM cards for placing IPL bets
Ramesh Vyas, the bookie who made headlines after being arrested in the IPL betting scam, defrauded his own employees as well as the owner of a paan shop to get their documents to obtain SIM cards, which he used to hook up Indian bookies with their counterparts in Pakistan and Dubai.
