Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate MN Saleem ordered the release of both men, along with all other accused including Ramesh Vyas, Pandurang Kadam, Ashok Vyas, Neeraj Shah, and Prem Taneja , “on the ground of parity”, and has directed them not to leave the country. The court had already granted bail to Pravin Bora and Pankaj Shah.
