Nostalgia. A fast friend we often bump into during bottoms-up sessions. If you are among those who spend many a drinking night reminiscing about how good it was at Henry Tham (the Sugarcane Cosmo, remember?), take heart. After giving the city a flashy nightclub in Juhu's Trilogy last month, the Tham brothers are going to be back with their original lounge early next year.
"Henry Tham returns in the form of a classy, high-end lounge bar," says Keenan Tham, who handles the hospitality business with brother Ryan. Here's what you can expect: An elaborate Asian seafood menu, a one-of-its-kind butler service and, in keeping with the balance that the original restaurant managed between ostentation, elegance and Zen Balinese d ufffdcor.
Though the tight-lipped Tham duo aren't about to reveal much about Tham's new location, we are sure it's not South Mumbai. That's a bummer for folks who believe Worli is where their city ends, but the brothers are hopeful that loyal fans will cheer their new venture; location be damned.
