New Delhi: Hitting out at Rahul Gandhi over his comments against 'Swachh Bharat' campaign, Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar today said Prime Minister Narendra Modi intended to make the mission a weapon of change.

"We have to change the habits and mindset of people. When the country is clean, the mind also is clean. This is also a
sort of beginning of the fight against corruption. One can do nothing if Rahul Gandhi does not understand this," Javadekar
told reporters here.
