The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed former Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalitha's petition in a disproportionate assets case.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed former Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalitha's petition in a disproportionate assets case.

Jayalalitha said the officers who investigated the case were not competent to carry out the probe under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The petition was dismissed as withdrawn.
