New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Thursday asked the city government to file its response on the parole plea of Manu Sharma, who is serving a life term in the Jessica Lal murder case, so that he could appear in his law exams.

Justice Ashutosh Kumar sought response from the Delhi government by December 4 on Sharma's plea for a month's parole.
