Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today launched two police initiatives of lodging online FIRs and highway patrolling.

Launching them at the police headquarters here, Das said a strong law and order would give a fillip to development and in the next five years Jharkhand would be among the top leading states.
