New Delhi: Delhi Police issued a lookout notice for three youth &mdash; believed to be JNU students &mdash; in connection with the alleged &ldquo;anti-India&rdquo; sloganeering at the varsity last week, a source said on Saturday.

&ldquo;Lookout notice was issued for Umar Khalid, Anirvan Bhattacharya and Riyaz. These are suspected of having raised anti-national slogans at a controversial event in Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU),&rdquo; a Delhi Police source said.
Umar Khalid and Anirvan Bhattacharya are JNU students while it could not be ascertained whether Riyaz is a student of JNU. These youths had resigned from the Democratic Students&rsquo; Union (DSU) three months ago.
DSU is alleged to be affiliated to the banned organisation Communist Party of India (Maoist). The police asked the Foreign Regional Registration Office (FRRO) to alert airport authorities so that these suspects do not leave the country.
JNU Students&rsquo; Union president Kanhaiya Kumar was arrested on February 12 on sedition charges after allegedly raising &ldquo;anti-India&rdquo; slogans at a meeting on Kashmir held in the campus on February 9.
He was, on Wednesday, sent to judicial custody till March 2.
Kanhaiya Kumar, who is from the CPI-affiliated All India Students&rsquo; Federation, has denied the charge.

&ldquo;All parties agreed that the house should work smoothly and important legislations should be passed and the government has agreed that the discussion opposition parties have demanded, whether it is the JNU issue or the farmers' issue, we will take it up,&rdquo; said Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi.
