When 33-year-old juice seller Shankar Nyanoba Pasalkar went out for dinner Wednesday night, little did he know that it would be his last supper.

He was stabbed several times by unidentified persons at Bhavani Peth. According to the complaint filed by deceased's brother, the victim had developed some differences with his neighbours over demolishing a common wall to create access to Pasalkar's residence. They might have plotted his murder.

The police have registered a complaint against five people -- Somnath Kachi, Ramesh Kachi and their sons Kamlesh, Yogesh, Nilesh, Ankush, Lahu Kachi and Santosh Ramesh Kadle -- for their alleged involvement in the murder. Further investigations are on.
