The KSEEB has announced that Karnataka SSLC Results 2016 will be declared as per the annual academic schedule of the board in the month of May. The news has been very well received by anxious students and parents, who were reeling under the pressure of rumours and uncertainty until now. The board is yet to announce the final date for Karnataka SSLC Result 2016, but students should expect the results to come out in the second week of May. After the formal declaration, Karnataka Board SSLC Result 2016 will be available on official website karresults.nic.in.

Karnataka Board Results are one of the most keenly awaited results of the state. Every year, close to 8 lakh students participate in the examination. In 2015, a total of 8,56,357 students appeared for the coveted examination. The overall pass percentage recorded for Karnataka SSLC Result 2016 was 81.82%. In terms of district wise performance, the coastal district of Udupi had 93.37 percent of the students who cleared the examinations stood first, whereas Gadag district fared the worst with 66.74% pass percentage. This year, the board is expecting the overall participation and pass percentage to show significant growth.
