Kerala High Court dismisses Dileep's plea against further probe in actress assault case

While declining to interfere, justice Kauser Edappagath said the further investigation should go on and should be completed before April 15th. The court also said it has not considered the veracity or genuineness of the evidence so far collected by the crime branch team

The Kerala High Court on Tuesday dismissed actor Dileep's plea to quash the new FIR registered against him alleging conspiracy to kill the investigating officers in actress attack case.
As an alternate plea, the actor had sought a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation if the court was not inclined to quash the case.
