At least four farmers travelling from Haryana to participate in the Kisan Mahapanchayat in Delhi were detained by Delhi Police at the Singhu border on Tuesday, while hundreds of farmers from Punjab were prevented from entering Haryana at the Shambhu border as security was tightened ahead of the protest, reported PTI.
