"As soon as he realised the aircraft was moving, the tried to get out of the way. But he lost his balance and his right leg came under the nose wheel," the official said. The Delhi police have registered a case against unknown persons in the case.u00a0 Deputy Commissioner of Police (Airport), OP Mishra, said: "As per the statement of the victim, a case of negligence has been registered. However, nobody's name is mentioned in the FIR.
