Officials of the Central Industrial Security Force, responsible for security at Metro stations, said the matter should be investigated. Delhi Metro spokesperson Anuj Dayal said, &ldquo;The CD of the news report shown by the television channel has been handed over to the DMRC&rsquo;s chief security commissioner for investigation. If anyone is found involved in any wrong doing, very stern action will be taken against the guilty persons.&rdquo; &ldquo;The washrooms of Delhi Metro stations are maintained and managed by private operators,&rdquo; he said.
