Maharashtra: Cannabis crop worth Rs 14.88 lakh seized in Beed, 22-year-old held

Police have seized cannabis plants valued at Rs 14.88 lakh allegedly being illegally cultivated in Maharashtra's Beed district and arrested a 22-year-old local resident, officials said, reported PTI.
Acting on a tip-off, a police team raided a public grazing land at Kewad village in Kaij tehsil on Monday evening.
