Maharashtra: Cops identify 316 objectionable social posts in Beed, register 16 cases

316 objectionable posts on social media platforms have been identified by the police in Beed district, reported PTI on Tuesday. Additionally, the police has registered 16 offences in the last two months, a senior officer said on Tuesday.

As per the PTI report, police have been closely monitoring social media contents in Beed, where violence had erupted during the Maratha quota agitation and houses of some politicians were targeted.
