Maharashtra: Dean, 10 doctors of govt. hospital booked over woman's death in Nagpur

An FIR was registered under IPC section 304 (a) (causing death by negligence) against the dean and ten other doctors of GMHC. No arrest has been made yet

A dean and 10 doctors of Nagpur's Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) were booked over the death of a 59-year old woman patient in 2019, an official said on Thursday.

 The official said that a case of alleged negligence has been registered against the dean and 10 doctors of the hospital.
