Pune imposes 14-day ban on gatherings amid fuel-saving measures

The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has imposed a 14-day ban on public gatherings, rallies, processions and protest marches across the city, citing administrative and public order concerns.
The move comes as the civic administration also introduced a range of fuel-saving measures in response to rising petrol and diesel prices.
