Maharashtra Chief Minister (CM) Devendra Fadnavis on Wednesday said the state's new Maharashtra Land Bank digital system will help speed up infrastructure development by making government land information easier to access and ensuring the availability of land for compensatory afforestation.
The Maharashtra Land Bank is a unified digital dashboard that brings together information on land owned by various state government departments on a single platform, news agency IANS reported. The system was officially launched following Tuesday's Cabinet meeting.
