An explosion at the Ordnance Factory in Bhandara, Maharashtra, killed a 52-year-old employee. The blast happened on Saturday morning while the employee, Avinash Meshram, was on duty.

According to the report in PTI, the factory, located in Jawaharnagar on the outskirts of Bhandara city, has launched an investigation into the incident with a three-member investigating committee.
