New Delhi: Taking responsibility for Congress' rout in Maharashtra assembly election, former Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan today said the party's performance was "disappointing" though it did recover some ground since Lok Sabha polls.

"The performance of Congress party has been disappointing ....
