Maharashtra: Two workers killed after falling into well during boring work in Beed

According to police, the workers were standing on a swing-like platform suspended inside the well while installing a horizontal-boring machine when the structure snapped and plunged into the well, causing all three to fall

Two workers were killed and a minor boy sustained injuries after they fell into a well during boring work in a village in Maharashtra’s Beed district, police said on Saturday, reported PTI.
The accident occurred near Kharat Adgaon village in Majalgaon tehsil on Friday evening, an official said.
