Most reporting weather stations across the state recorded no rainfall.
Gondia in Vidarbha was the exception, receiving 2 mm of rain.
<h2>Vidarbha records minimum temperatures up to 6.5 degrees above normal</h2>
Night temperatures remained significantly above normal across Vidarbha. Wardha recorded the highest departure from normal, with its minimum temperature reaching 24 degrees Celsius, 6.5 degrees above normal.
Nagpur recorded a minimum of 23.5 degrees Celsius, 5.9 degrees above normal, while Akola logged 23.7 degrees Celsius, 5.6 degrees above normal. Chandrapur recorded 23 degrees Celsius, 3.9 degrees above normal, and Amravati registered 21.7 degrees Celsius, 3.8 degrees above normal.

Bramhapuri logged 22 degrees Celsius, Buldhana 21.2 degrees Celsius and Washim 20.4 degrees Celsius. Gondia and Yavatmal recorded 19.2 degrees Celsius each.
Daytime temperatures, meanwhile, were below normal at several locations. Akola recorded 33 degrees Celsius, while Chandrapur and Nagpur logged 30.6 degrees Celsius each. Bramhapuri recorded the region's lowest maximum temperature at 29.7 degrees Celsius, 2.4 degrees below normal.
Gondia received 2 mm of rainfall, the only recorded rainfall among the reporting stations in the bulletin.
<h2>Dahanu records state's highest maximum temperature</h2>
Dahanu recorded a maximum temperature of 36.7 degrees Celsius, 2.9 degrees above normal, making it the hottest location in the state on Wednesday.
Santacruz recorded 35.5 degrees Celsius, followed by Mumbai's Colaba station at 34.8 degrees Celsius, Ratnagiri at 34.5 degrees Celsius and Alibag at 33.9 degrees Celsius.
Night temperatures along the Konkan coast varied considerably. Alibag recorded the region's highest minimum temperature at 26.3 degrees Celsius, 3.9 degrees above normal. Mumbai's minimum stood at 25 degrees Celsius, 0.7 degrees above normal.
In contrast, Dahanu recorded a minimum of 19.9 degrees Celsius, 2.6 degrees below normal. Ratnagiri logged 20.2 degrees Celsius, while Santacruz recorded 21 degrees Celsius.
No rainfall was recorded at Mumbai, Alibag, Ratnagiri or Dahanu.
<h2>Nashik records state's lowest minimum at 14.3 degrees Celsius</h2>
Nashik recorded the <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/news/india-news/article/delhi-records-lowest-minimum-temperature-of-october-at-17-1-degrees-celsius-as-winter-chill-sets-in-23655991" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">state's lowest minimum temperature</a> at 14.3 degrees Celsius, 1.2 degrees below normal. Mahabaleshwar recorded a minimum of 14.9 degrees Celsius, 0.7 degrees below normal.
Among the other stations in Madhya Maharashtra, Solapur recorded a minimum of 21.2 degrees Celsius, 2.4 degrees above normal, while Ahilyanagar logged 19.3 degrees Celsius, 4 degrees above normal. Kolhapur recorded 19 degrees Celsius and Satara 17 degrees Celsius.
Jalgaon was the region's hottest location during the day at 36.5 degrees Celsius, 2.5 degrees above normal. Ahilyanagar followed at 35.2 degrees Celsius, 3.2 degrees above normal, while Solapur recorded 34.7 degrees Celsius.
All reporting stations in Madhya Maharashtra recorded nil rainfall.
<h2>Marathwada records warmer nights</h2>
Minimum temperatures were above normal across the reporting stations in Marathwada. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar recorded a minimum of 21.8 degrees Celsius, 5.5 degrees above normal.
Parbani registered 20.6 degrees Celsius, 3.1 degrees above normal, while Dharashiv recorded 20.2 degrees Celsius, 2.3 degrees above normal.

Parbani recorded 32.8 degrees Celsius, followed by Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar at 32.6 degrees Celsius and Dharashiv at 32.2 degrees Celsius.
No rainfall was recorded in any of the three stations.
<h2>Pune weather forecast: Thunderstorms likely in Ghat areas</h2>
Pune recorded a maximum temperature of 32.9 degrees Celsius, 1.4 degrees above normal, and a minimum of 14.9 degrees Celsius, 1 degree below normal, on Wednesday.
The weather bulletin forecasts a partly cloudy sky over Pune on Thursday. Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning, light to moderate rainfall and gusty winds are likely at isolated places in the Ghat areas of Pune.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be around 34 degrees Celsius and 17 degrees Celsius, respectively.
Pune recorded no rainfall during the 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Wednesday or between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm. Its seasonal rainfall stood at 1.4 mm against the normal of 74.4 mm, resulting in a deficit of 73 mm.
