Thane: The Malshej ghat road was closed for traffic following a landslide last evening as heavy rains continued to lash the district even on Monday.

Asmita Nikam of the district disaster management cell said the ghat road which connects Thane with Pune would remain closed for at least three to five days as the debris was being removed.
