A Ghaziabad court Tuesday sentenced a man to life imprisonment for raping his daughter-in-law in 2008 in Loni area.

Additional District and Sessions Judge P.K. Sharma also imposed a fine of Rs.48,000 on Akbar and said that "when a person in such a relation resorts to such an act, it sends out a very wrong message to society and hence there is no room for sympathy".
