Hadapsar resident suffers head injuries

It was a stroke of luck for Rajesh Bhalerao who met with an accident right outside the gate of Sassoon hospital at 11:15 pm on Sunday. He was a resident of Hadapsar.

City roads were slippery owing to heavy rainfall. His two-wheeler slipped as au00a0 result. Bhalerao was brought to the hospital by his brother and friends.

They said that Bhalerao was under the influence of alcohol.

Bhalerao was immediately brought to the casualty ward and given treatment.

The Casualty Medical Officer Dr Tushar Tonde said that he was in unconscious state when he was brought in the ward. Tonde said, "I suggested a CT scan as there could have been some internal bleeding."
