Maratha quota: Former Maharashtra Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Ashok Chavan on Sunday said that he hopes that the Maharashtra government will clear their stand soon on the Maratha reservation.

The ANI reported, Ashok Chavan said, "A person from Hadgaon tehsil of Nanded in Maharashtra has committed suicide after not getting a reservation for the Maratha community. It's a pity that such a thing has happened. I hope the government will give their judgment soon on the Maratha reservation."
